This week wraps up another month of the 2026 show season, and the final third officially begins on Saturday. The biggest attraction will undoubtedly be the Mopar Nationals at Darana/National Trail Raceway, along with the many cruise-ins and parties surrounding one of Central Ohio’s premier automotive events. While Monday offers a chance to catch your breath, the rest of the week is packed with car shows, cruise-ins, bike nights, and special events. There’s simply no excuse not to get out and enjoy an event or two this week.

Der Dutchman Cruise-In:

You know it’s going to be a big evening when you arrive shortly before 4:00 PM, the main field is already full, and two rows of vehicles have formed on the overflow field. And indeed, it was a huge evening, with 551 vehicles in attendance. The turnout was so impressive that even the Plain City and Columbus Police stopped by to check it out.

I don’t think there were ever fewer than 10 people standing in line at the food concession all evening, and Wayne was back in his dress jeans and boots thanks to the cooler temperatures.

As usual, the variety and quality of the vehicles on display were outstanding. Here’s a sampling of Thursday evening’s cars and trucks from the combined photos taken by Tom Lawrence, Bryan Mauger, and yours truly.

Next week is Corvette week with three clubs participating. The long range forecast looks good so expect another big turnout.

Friday Night NAPA Cruise-In:

The first Friday Night NAPA Cruise-In of the season took place in Hilliard on Friday evening.

About 30 vehicles turned out to enjoy pleasant summer weather and good conversation. There was definitely a Mustang vibe, with Fords making up the largest group of cars in attendance. The second most represented brands were Porsche and Corvette, with three examples of each, followed by Dodge with two of its newest muscle cars—one all-electric Charger Daytona and one gas-powered Charger Sixpack.

While the turnout was modest compared to some of the area’s larger cruise-ins, it provided a relaxed atmosphere where participants had plenty of time to visit with fellow enthusiasts and take a close look at the vehicles on display.

Here are a few of the cars that caught our attention Friday evening.

Blackwing Summer Blast Car Show:

The Blackwing Shooting Center in Delaware hosted its annual Summer Blast on Saturday, featuring a car show, a large retail sale, and a raffle with premium prizes. Manufacturer representatives were also on hand to showcase their latest products and answer questions from attendees. Schmidt’s Sausage Haus and Little Ladies Ice Cream provided food and refreshments throughout the day, and every registered show vehicle received a door prize ticket. Proceeds from the car show benefited youth shooting sports.

This year’s show attracted one of its best turnouts, with approximately 115 registered vehicles. The Shooting Center presented 10 specialty awards, including Eye Catcher, Under Construction, Greaser’s Choice, Most Unique, Coolest Drop Top Ever, Ladies’ Favorite, Favorite Truck, Favorite Car, Favorite Engine, and the Blackwing Show Favorite.

Before getting to the award-winning vehicles, one of the cooler sights at the show was a group of five Chrysler 300s that arrived together and parked side by side. It’s not often you see that many first-generation 300s together in one place.

** The Arthritis Charity Auto Show in Dublin, Ohio is on for Saturday **

It’s another full week of Central Ohio car and motorcycle events. The marquee event this week is the 43rd Annual Arthritis Foundation Charity Auto Show on Friday and Saturday in Dublin. If you’re looking for what just might be the best bologna sandwich in the country, check out the Waldo Tire Summerfest Car, Truck & Bike Show. And if neither of those floats your boat, there are plenty of other events to choose from.

Der Dutchman Cruise-In:

What a difference 10 degrees can make. With Thursday evening temperatures in the mid-80s instead of the mid-90s, attendance jumped from 162 vehicles last week to 295 this week. Even with the cooler weather, people were still looking for any patch of shade they could find—even if it was next to a porta-potty.

As always, the variety of vehicles on display was outstanding. From a Ford GT to an Ineos Grenadier powered by a 3.0-liter BMW engine, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Here are the combined photos from Jeff Shankle, Tom Lawrence, and me from the evening.

Picktown Palooza Car, Truck, & Bike Show:

Even with Goodguys being the main attraction this weekend, there were still plenty of car and motorcycle events taking place around Central Ohio. One of those was the Picktown Palooza Car, Truck & Bike Show, part of the annual Pickerington Picktown Palooza Festival. Hosted by the Rusty Lug Nutz, the show was held in the parking lot at Pickerington Central High School.

There were 95 full-size vehicles in attendance. Add in the 10 pedal cars, and the total came to 105 entries.

The show featured impressive 3-foot trophies for the Top 30, along with 10 Special Awards: Best Chevy, Best Ford, Best Motorcycle, Best Mopar, Best Truck, Best 2000 & Newer, Best Project, Sponsor’s Choice, and Best of Show. The pedal cars also had two awards of their own.

Jim McGruder served as the DJ and once again did an outstanding job spinning the tunes and keeping everyone informed with announcements throughout the day.

The trophy for the Pedal Car Champion was just about as tall as the young winner.

The show's Top Award went to Ted Tickle's 1969 Mercury Cougar XR7.

After last Saturday’s excitement at the American Legion Fourth of July Car Show, it was a little anticlimactic when this week’s show got underway without a parade of police cruisers rushing into the parking lot. Fortunately, the arrival of an Ohio State Highway Patrol cruiser added just enough excitement to keep the streak alive.

Congratulations to the Rusty Lug Nutz for putting together a very good car show. Now if they could have just controlled the rain, it would have been just about perfect.

Andon's Pub Cruise In Night:

More than twenty cars turned out this past Tuesday for the inaugural Andon’s Pub Cruise-In Night—a great start for what could become a popular gathering spot for local car enthusiasts.

Longtime members of the Central Ohio car show scene might remember the location as the former On The Rocks sports bar. Back then, Mike Mitchell organized two well-attended shows a year at the venue.

It’s nice to see car events returning to this familiar spot. Whether this becomes a recurring event or a once-in-a-while gathering, it’s clear there’s still plenty of enthusiasm in the community.

Bickford at Bexley Car Show:

The Bickford at Bexley Assisted Living and Memory Care facility held its annual 50s celebration on Thursday, bringing a fun and nostalgic atmosphere to residents and guests alike. The event featured classic 1950s music, décor reminiscent of the era, and even a few poodle skirts worn by enthusiastic staff members. 

This year’s event featured a small car show, adding a special touch to the festivities. Residents had the opportunity to vote for their favorite vehicle, and at the end of the show, trophies were awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.

Third place went to Dale Pearce’s beautifully restored 1967 Corvette Stingray Convertible.

Second place was awarded to Rodney Daniel’s striking 1940 Studebaker Commander.

Taking home First Place, with the most resident votes, was Dale Pearce’s classic 1950 Chevy 3100 Pickup — driven to the show by Anthony Musick on Dale’s behalf, earning Anthony a share of the recognition.

Participants in the show were treated to pizza and delicious root beer floats.

The event was a fun way to showcase classic cars and give residents a chance to connect and vote for their favorites. 

Der Dutchman Cruise-In:

Attendance at the Der Dutchman Cruise-In in Plain City, Ohio, jumped from 170 the previous week to 208 this week, despite afternoon temperatures soaring into the low 90s.

As usual, something unique or unusual shows up each week — and this week was no exception.

Der Dutchman Cruise-In:

Scattered afternoon thundershowers put a damper on Thursday’s cruise-in, with attendance topping out at around 149 cars.

Creative Auto Group/Advance Auto Parts Car Show:

The Creative Auto Group held its monthly car show on Friday evening at the Advance Auto Parts store in Marysville, Ohio. Despite a modest turnout of 12 registered vehicles, the event delivered plenty of classic charm and community spirit.

The 50/50 raffle raised $50 for the local food pantry—thanks to the generosity of Rex Dillon, who donated his winning half of the pot back to the cause.

Award honors went to two standout entries:

Bruce Pawley with a 1967 Chevy Camaro RS

Gary McDowel with his 1967 Chevy Chevelle

Next month's show will on Friday, August 8th.

Destination Outlets Cars & Coffee:

Despite the heat, Cars & Coffee at Destination Outlets drew Over 15 vehicles Saturday morning. There was everything from classic muscle to modern performance on display.

Attendees were treated to free coffee courtesy of The Bear Den storefront inside the mall, helping keep the energy up even as temperatures climbed. The event continues to grow in both size and variety, thanks to strong support from area enthusiasts.

This month’s gathering saw members of both the Greater Dayton Corvette Club and Lancaster Corvette Club in attendance, as well as a good turnout from local regulars. A special surprise came in the form of a Hoonigan-branded ride, adding a little extra edge to the mix.

Cars & Coffee at Destination Outlets is held every 2nd Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — the next one will be Saturday August 9th.

Der Dutchman Cruise-In:

After a week's hiatus because of standing water in the field from heavy rains, the weekly cruise-in returned on Thursday with 206 cars in attendance.

Creative Automotive/Advanced Auto Parts Car Show:

Creative Automotive and the Advanced Auto Parts store in Marysville, Ohio hosted their July car show on Friday.

The show had 26 cars in attendance and raised $110 for the local food pantries.

The big hit of the evening was the little dog that stood guard over its owner's motorcycle while he looked at the cars. It rode on the bike between the handlebars and windshield.

The store manager's three picks this month were Scott Haring's 1964 Chevy Impala SS, Hunter Collier's 1990 Chevy S10 pickup, and Mel DeJarnette's 1950 Ford F1 panel truck.

Auto Smarts Radio Cruise and Ride at Ten Pin Alley:

Dan "Boots" Longenette and the Auto Smarts Cruise and Ride team hosted the first of two car shows at Ten Pin Alley in Hilliard, Ohio.

Approximately 60 cars attended the show on Friday evening.

The Best of Show award went to Wesley Bach with a 1952 Chevy Pickup. Wesley is the Grandson of the Late Cal Rowland who passed away in April. Wesley inherited his Grandfather's 1952 Chevy and 1987 GMC Pickups and has begun taking them to shows this summer.

Cruise-In with the King Car Show:

The Mid Ohio Cruisers Car Club hosted its July car show Saturday evening at the Burger King off State Rt 31 in Marysville, Ohio.

Scattered showers around the area for much of the afternoon and evening kept attendance down. The club registered 20 cars with probably another 10 showing up that didn't register.

Each month the club presents award plaques to its "Favorite 15" that register.

Picktown Palooza Car, Truck, and Bike Show:

Jeff Duncan and his 1970 Chevy Nova received the Best of Show honors at the Picktown Palooza Car, Truck, and Bike Show in Pickerington, Ohio on Saturday afternoon.

Jeff is from the Marion, Ohio area. On his way home from the Picktown show, he stopped by the Burger King in Marysville. As any GOOD reporter would do, I took the opportunity to take a photo of Jeff, his car, and the Best of Show trophy.

The wet afternoon forecast didn't deter 50 cars from attending the Picktown Palooza show.

Lancaster Car Scene (LCS) Car Show:

Outerbelt Brewing in Carroll, Ohio was the scene of the Lancaster Car Scene (LCS) show on Sunday.

The show registered 56 cars. Awards were presented to the "Top 30" along with Ladies Choice, Best Truck, Best Import, Best Muscle, Best Motorcycle, Top Club, and of course, Best of Show.

Jason and Deb Blankenship's 1959 Chevy Apache also received the Best Truck award at Picktown Palooza on Saturday.

John Picken's 1931 Ford Roadster took home the Best of Show award.

Choctaw Lake Car Show:

The biggest event on Sunday was the first annual Choctaw Lake Car Show in London, Ohio.

The show was organized by the Sheriff deputies of the Madison County Sheriff's Office.

With the lake as background, the show registered 167 vehicles.

Food and refreshments were provided by 5-6 food trucks which included one from Schmidt's Sausage Haus.

The show presented 12 awards. The two biggest were Best of Show and the William "Bill" Wolfe Memorial Award.

The Best of Show award went to Gary Vance with a 1933 Ford Victoria. Dave Bratton's 1937 Wild Rod Convertible received the William "Bill" Wolfe Award.

Other Area Shows:

  • The Plumbwood Church of Christ in London, Ohio hosted its annual car show on Saturday. There were approximately 20 cars in attendance. There was a rare sighting of Jimmy Carmean wiping off his car. It paid off as Jimmy's car received the Pastor's Choice Award.

  • The OP Bar and Grill in Marysville, Ohio hosted its first annual Cruise-In on Sunday. There were 31 cars in attendance. The top three winners received gift cards to the bar and grill. The top gift card went to Tim Inscho and his 1968 Chevy Camaro.

  • The first annual Bob Helsel Car Show took place on Sunday at the Buckeye Lake Moose 2434 Lodge in Thornport, Ohio. The show registered 94 cars. Judging was by People's Choice.
  • The Miami Valley Steam Threshers were at Pastime Park in Plain City, Ohio for its Vintage Truck & Car Show. The show had an excellent turnout. The tractor and truck pulls looked like a lot of fun.

Whew! There was a lot to report on this week even with the rain on Saturday.

Here is this week's line-up. Several Patriot Day car shows commemorating 9/11 will take place on Saturday. The Street Elite Corvette Club will host its annual open car show in Sunbury also on Saturday. Motts Military Show and the All Corvette Gathering in Lancaster highlight the schedule for Sunday.

Der Dutchman:

With weather conditions being close to ideal this past Thursday, attendance at the Der Dutchman cruise-in in Plain City, Ohio jumped back up to more than 300 cars. The weather forecast looks good for this coming Thursday so expect another big cruise-in.

Zucchinifest Car and Motorcycle Show:

On Friday evening the Zucchinifest Car and Motorcycle Show at Fortress Obetz in Obetz, Ohio registered more than 180 cars.

Best of Show went to a 1940 Woody Wagon with a Corvette engine. Our good friend, Dale Pearce, and his 1950 Chevy 3100 pickup received the Mayor's Choice award. Good thing Dale has a truck or it could have been a challenge getting that trophy home.

Richwood Bank Coffee and Cars Cruise-in:

Twenty-one cars spent a relaxing Saturday morning at the Richwood Bank in Delaware, Ohio. I left before the raffle drawing to make the drive over to Mechanicsburg.

Flywheels Annual Car Show:

The Flywheels Hot Rod Club of Marion hosted a car show at the Prospect Community Park in Prospect, Ohio on Saturday afternoon. The Club expected to register around 50 cars and ended up registering 174 vehicles. Talk about exceeding expectations!

The Prospect Lions Club and several food vendors provided refreshments. There were commercial and craft booths scattered around the park. I'm told the park was a great location for a car show. Clean restrooms and plenty of trees to provide shade.

The Flywheels Hot Rod Club plans to make this an annual event. To see more photos from the Flywheel show, click here.

Mechanicsburg First Responders Car Show:

Ohio State's football home opener has generally been the first Saturday of September so I've never been able to attend the Mechanicsburg First Responders Car Show until this year.

The show is held on Main Street (Route 29) north of Route 4 all the way to the Route 29/559 junction. Main Street south of Route 4 is used for overflow parking. And this year the show needed every bit of overflow parking as it registered well over 200 cars.

I arrived in Mechanicsburg around 11:40 AM (registration opened at 11 AM) and I had to park at the very end of Main Street right at the Rt 29/559 junction. It was just about a quarter-mile walk from my car to the fire station to register. My advice is to arrive early if you want to park anywhere close to the action.

I didn't see a lot in the way of food vendors. Although to be honest I wasn't looking for any. I know there was food available at the fire station and there were a couple of refreshment stands. I know this because I bought ice tea at one.

The awards were a combination of custom-made and traditional trophies. There were a good number of special awards like Mayor's Choice, Most Original, Farthest Traveled, Best Engine, etc, along with "Top 45" trophies, a Runner-up Best of Show, and a Best of Show.

Runner-up Best of Show went to Sam Parks and his 1948 Chevrolet Pickup. The orange 1946 Ford Coupe belonging to Robert Kirst from Mansfield, Ohio took the Best of Show honors.

Auto Smarts Cruise and Ride at Ten Pin Alley:

Dan "Boots" Longenette and Pepsi's Auto Smarts Radio Cruise and Ride team were in Hilliard, Ohio Saturday at the Ten Pin Alley bowling establishment.

The show registered 82 vehicles. Dale Pearce and his 1950 Chevy 3100 pickup took The Best Truck Award. Best of Show went to Aaron Denney and his 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442.

The Italian Gathering:

On my way to the Dublin A.M. Rotary Classic Car Show on Sunday, I stopped by Wendy's International Headquarters in Dublin, Ohio to take some photos from the Italian Gathering. Boy, could you smell the money!

The event is organized by Evans Automotive and proceeds go to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and Wendy's Wonderful Kids.

This is the first year that owners of the British manufactured McLaren could participate in the Italian Gathering. Personally, I think the organizers should relabel it the Exotic Gathering and allow the Porsches, Jaguars, and any other high-end foreign-manufactured cars to participate. I bet it would be a huge event.

Dublin A.M. Rotary Classic Car Show:

After a year off because of Covid, the Rotary Club of Dublin A.M. held their second annual classic car show on Sunday in the public parking lots off Bridge Park Avenue in Dublin, Ohio.

This year the show registered 103 cars. The DJ again was Jason Nester, who in my opinion is one of the top two or three DJs in the area. Elvis was also in the parking lot along with the Poodle girls. The biggest complaint I heard was the lack of food vendors. If you wanted something to eat or drink the only choices were the restaurants adjacent to the parking lots.

The Dublin A.M. Rotary presented 30 "Favorite" trophies and a Best of Show. The Best of Show Award went to Mark Richmond with a 1967 Volkswagon Karmann Ghia Coupe.

American Legion Southway Post 144 Labor Day Car Meet:

Big Dawg and the C-Town Cruisers were in south Columbus, Ohio on Monday hosting the Labor Day Car Meet at the American Legion Southway Post 144.

The American Legion Southway Post 144 is one of my favorite venues for a car show. It sits back off of South High Street. There's a long driveway to a big parking lot. You can park on the blacktop or you can park in the grass. There's plenty of shaded areas to escape the sun. What's really nice is the members of Post 144 appreciate the C-Town Cruisers hosting car shows at their establishment.

Getting back to the show, 90 cars registered Monday with another 10-20 cars showing up but not registering. Big Dawg presented trophies to the "Top 40" cars along with a Best Truck Award, a Best Rat Rod/Most Potential Award, a Most Patriotic Award, a Club Participation Award, the Larry Bickers Memorial Award, and a Best of Cruise.

The Larry Bickers Memorial Award went to Mike and Sandy Gibson and their 1947 Buick Super Convertible. The 1957 Chevy Bel Air belonging to Tom and Lynn Verfaillie took the Best of Cruise honors.

American Legion Southway Post 144 Labor Day Car Meet photos

I received a few photos from Monday's West Jefferson Ox Roast Car Show that was held in Garrett Park in West Jefferson, Ohio. It looks like the event registered around 140 cars. According to the flyer, there were trophies for the "Favorite" 35 and a Best of Show. If anyone knows who took the Best of Show Award or has information on any other shows in the area this past weekend, please feel free to post in the comments.

That's it for this week. I think I set a record with 520 photos taken over the three-day weekend. Whew!

Mopar fans and their hemi engines will be invading Hebron, Ohio this weekend for the 40th Annual Mopar Nationals. If you're a Volkswagon aficionado there's the Volkfest Car Show and Swap Meet on Saturday in Pataskala, Ohio. And if you're into tomatoes, well, the 2021 Tomatofest Car Meet in Reynoldsburg, Ohio should be right up your alley.

Der Dutchman:

The Der Dutchman cruise-in in Plain City, Ohio returned to form this past Thursday with more than 300 cars in attendance. For some unexplained reason, I photographed a lot of makes and models in pairs this week.

Hosanna Lutheran Church Car Show:

The 8th Annual Hosanna Lutheran Church Car Show in Pataskala, Ohio registered 89 cars on Friday evening. The Church presented awards to the Top 30 cars, a People's Choice award, and Best of Show. Judging was done on a points system.

The People's Choice Award went to Emma Leigh with a 1956 Mercury Monterey. Larry Steffey and his 2013 Roush Stage 3 Mustang took the Best of Show honors.

Karting Classic Car, Truck & Bike Show:

The Commercial Point, Ohio Karting Classic 4th Annual Car, Truck, & Bike Show registered around 130 cars on Friday. From the report I got, the show had a bigger turnout than expected. Looks like the organizers had some pretty nice trophies to present. To see more from the Karting Classic show, click here.

Richwood Bank Cruise-In:

The Richwood Bank in Delaware, Ohio hosted their second cruise-in of the season this past weekend. Thirty-two cars turned out for the Saturday morning affair. There were raffle prizes and coffee shop specials for anyone who registered a car. Joey Gill from Chesrown Chevrolet, Buick, GMC brought over a brand new 2021 mid-engine Corvette Convertible for display.

The bank plans to host another cruise-in the first Saturday in September and possibly a Halloween-themed cruise-in in October weather permitting.

Vettes, Rods and Classics Car Show:

After a one-year hiatus because of Covid, The Capital City Corvette Club returned to the Creekside district in Gahanna, Ohio on Saturday with their Vettes, Rods, and Classics Car Show. The show registered 298 cars. Thirteen short of the previous attendance record. From my casual observation as a spectator, it looked like the number of rods and classics were down a bit from previous years. There were definitely a lot of Corvettes!

Because of the threat of severe thunderstorms in the area, the awards presentation started around 4 PM instead of 5 PM as planned. I stuck around until the thunder and lightning started and then got out of there ASAP so I wasn't around for the Best of Show announcements. I found out later that no one else was around for the BOS announcements either because as they started announcing the C5 Corvette awards the monsoon rain started.

The winners are supposed to be posted to the Capital City Corvette Club's website. As of this writing, nothing has been posted. I'll post a link to the award winners as soon as it becomes available.

I did manage to get a photo of one award winner before the skies opened up. David Zitko and his 1971 Chevy Chevelle received the Gahanna Police Department Car Award.

UPDATE: The list of award winners has been posted to the Capital City Corvette Club website under the Announcements heading.

The Best of Show award for the Rods and Classics went to Kevin Foust and his 1941 Dodge Wc40 Military Weapon Carrier. Paul and Kelly Beck and their 1966 Corvette convertible received the Best of Show for the Vettes.

Honor Flight/Vance Outdoors Car Show:

The Honor Flight/Vance Outdoors Show hosted by Pepsi's Auto Smarts Radio Cruise and Ride crew registered 148 cars on Saturday. The show raised $95,000 for Honor Flight. Word has it Boots cut off his beard for charity.

The Best of Show award went to the 1930 Ford Five Window Pickup Truck belonging to Ralph Carle.

Powell Sertoma Cruise-In and Pig Out:

The Powell Sertoma Cruise-In and Pig Out Car Show returned back to the streets of downtown Powell, Ohio on Sunday. The show registered more than 140 cars. The Best of Show award went to Brett Gearhart and his 1967 Chevy Nova SS.

Other Area Shows:

The Baltimore Ohio Festival Cruise-In registered 140 cars on Friday evening. Tom Stewart and his 1982 "Orange Crush" Chevy C-10 pickup received the Best Truck Award.

Dale Pearce and his 1950 Chevy 3100 pickup took Best of Show honors at the Amvets Post 1776 Red, White & Cruise Show in Logan, Ohio on Saturday.

The Hartford Fair Car Show in Croton, Ohio attracted 169 cars on Sunday. Dawayne Noble's Volkswagon received the Best of Show award.

It's the Big One! It's Goodguys week! I thought it was going to be canceled again this year when the Governor closed the Ohio State Fair to the public. Just goes to show what I know. I guess cars trump cows, horses, and pigs.

The Crowne Plaza Columbus North-Worthington and Hilton Polaris are the host hotels so expect a lot of action at these locations after show hours.

Even if you're not planning on attending Goodguys, there are still plenty of Central Ohio events to choose from this week.

Der Dutchman:

With the threat of rain Thursday evening, only 114 cars showed up at the Der Dutchman Cruise-In in Plain City, Ohio. There was no food service. If you wanted something to eat you had to go into the restaurant. I don't know for sure but possibly management didn't think it was cost-effective to send out food and servers for only 100 cars. Something to watch out for as the season progresses. On the bright side, everyone who attended the cruise-in on Thursday was offered a free cup of ice cream to make up for the lack of food service.

Delaware First Friday:

Again this month, the organizers of First Friday in downtown Delaware, Ohio closed off a block of Sandusky Street just south of East William Street (Rt 36) for classic cars. About 50 cars participated in the event on Friday. You couldn't ask for a better evening of weather.

4th of July Show at Tony's Bar & Grille

Sixty-Four cars celebrated the 4th of July at Tony's Bar & Grille Friday evening in London, Ohio.

Our good friend, Russ Annis, took Best of Show honors with his 1967 Chevy Chevelle.

Rod Knockers July Show - Marion, Ohio

The Rod Knocker's July show in Marion, Ohio registered 104 cars Saturday evening. It turned out to be a good evening for the Longenette vehicles. Stacie's 1948 Chevy pickup received a Top 25 award and Boots' Badd '57 Chevy was this month's Club's Pick.

Ye Olde Mill Rod Run - Utica, Ohio

The Newark Rodders Car Club held their annual Ye Olde Mill Rod Run on Saturday at the Velvet Ice Ye Olde Mill in Utica, Ohio. The club registered 103 cars. Click here for photos from the show.

Champaign Cruisers Firecracker July 4th Show - Urbana Ohio

As I mentioned last week, the biggest show of the weekend was going to be the Champaign Cruisers' Firecracker July 4th Show at Skelley Lumber Company in Urbana, Ohio. Not only was it the biggest show of the weekend, but it also set a new attendance record with 677 cars!

The Best of Show Award went to Dennis Miller with a 1937 Chevy Sedan.
