Larry Coolidge passed away on November 12th, 2025. Larry played a key role in the creation of the Powell, Ohio SERTOMA Club and was instrumental in bringing the annual Powell Cruize-In and Pig-Out Car Show to life. His contributions left a lasting mark on the Central Ohio car community. You can read more about Larry’s legacy here.
Steve Wagner was another familiar face to many. His cars were unmistakable—most often he drove his 1955 Chevy Nomad or his 1956 Lincoln Continental 2-door, and occasionally his Nash Ambassador Custom.

Steve was also the co-owner of the Wagner-Hagans Auto Museum, a private Columbus collection dedicated to automotive and transportation memorabilia.

On Saturday, December 13th, 2025 there will be an auction featuring the contents of the museum, including a wide variety of vintage license plates, signs, petroliana, traffic lights, and more. A second auction will offer vintage and retro furnishings. The links to both auctions are below for anyone interested in participating.
Larry and Steve each left a lasting mark on Central Ohio’s car community, and the museum auction offers enthusiasts a chance to preserve part of Steve’s legacy.
Thanks to Scott Harrington for alerting me to Larry's passing.

Wow, so sorry to hear about these 2 fine gentlemen. I remember seeing Steve at car shows. Never went to the Museum. What is happening to the cars ????? It's sad...you spend your life collecting and accumulating things, then you die, and it's all thrown away or auctioned off. Circle of life, I suppose. Then the stuff is someone else's. Life's too short.....get out there and enjoy it. Do what you want to do. That's why I am trying not to have a bunch of stuff. When I die, my brothers will probably just back a dumpster to a window and shovel everything in it. Sorry, I'm rambling. Stay safe everybody. I hope to get another car soon so I can get back into shows. Happy Holidays. Clement
Hi Clement,
It's okay to ramble here. It's always tough to loose a relative or someone you're close to. Our family just layed my brother to rest this past weekend. Very emotional for all of us.
As far as Steve's cars, it's my understanding his relatives will be selling those separately.
Hope your Holidays are wonderful and you have good off-season. Stay safe and warm and I'll see you next spring.
So sorry for your loss. It is very tough sometimes. Thanks for the information and updates as usual. Same to you, Kim !! Thank you.
