NEWS AND NOTES
Creative Auto Group/Advance Auto Parts Car Show:
The Creative Auto Group and Advance Auto Parts Store in Marysville, Ohio kicked off their 11th season of monthly car shows on Friday evening.
The weather wasn't for the faint of heart. It was cold with temperatures barely making it into the 40s. Only seven cars braved the weather to attend. Still, it was a good time, and great to see friends you haven't seen since last fall. I'm pretty confident the weather will be a little warmer for next month's show.

Presented by the organizations of Ohio Prostreet and Established, the Low N Slow Car Show took place on Sunday at Genoa Park in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
The show pre-registered 211 vehicles (there was no day of the show registration). The event also attracted a sizeable crowd of spectators.

Awards were presented for the Top 25 and Top 10 cars.

Some familiar faces participating in the show were Cadillac Mac with his 2016 Mustang, Jason Blakenship and his 1959 Chevy Apache pickup, Justin Clark's 1986 Chevy Monte Carlo SS, and Bling Breezy's "Vettzilla".

Even the Columbus Police were there in a "Hot Rodded" Car.

Here's a little video of some of the other cars that participated in the show.
I typically don't cover events in the Dayton area, but it's worth mentioning that Saturday's Dayton Cars & Coffee is reported to have more than 1000 cars in attendance. The thing is on a whole other level.
Here's an aerial view from Saturday's meet. If you don't have a Facebook account, click the "X" in the upper right corner to close the login screen and you should be able to watch the video.
