Not much on the schedule for this second weekend of April. Next weekend will be a different story. Columbus Cars and Coffee, Auto Smarts Cruise and Ride, Mid Ohio Cruisers and the C-Town Cruisers just to name a few all have their first events of season scheduled for next weekend.
I couldn’t find anything for Sunday. If you know of event in Central Ohio on Sunday, please pass it my way.
UPDATE: The Franklin County Food Fair and cruise-in is both Saturday and Sunday. I’ve updated the listings.
News and Notes:
The Rod Knockers Car Club of Marion, Ohio held their first show of the season Saturday evening at Rural King. Because of Covid-19, the last show hosted by the club prior to Saturday was October of 2019. More the 80 cars turned out for this first show following the 17 month hiatus.

Each month this season, the club will feature a car from a past television show. April’s featured car was the 1982 Firebird Trans Am known as K.I.T.T. from the television show Knight Rider. Unfortunately, David Hasselhoff was unable to make an appearance at Saturday’s show due to a prior commitment. 😁
On a more serious note, this 1937 Ford pickup received the Club’s Choice Award for April.

Do you know if the Fair Food & Cruise In is happening Sunday as well? It shows on Facebook as a 2 day event (Saturday and Sunday).
Hi Matt, It does look like the Food Fair is a two day event. I’ll message Val Dresbach and confirm.
Matt, Val Dresbach from Empty Pockets confirmed the Food Fair Cruise-In is both Saturday and Sunday. Thanks for catching this.
Awesome! Thanks for the follow up!
