UPDATE: I received the following message from Jim McGruder regarding Rubes Cruisin' News phone line:
I'm sorry, but I am unable to continue to operate the telephone hotline. It has been an honor and privilege to carry on Rube's vision with the weekly call-in for all of the cruisers here in central Ohio. " I'll see you all out there Cruisin".

    Please alert your followers that the Rube's Cruisin News telephone hotline (614-274-6008) has been shut down.
    I'm sorry, but I am unable to continue to operate the telephone hotline. It has been an honor and priviledge to carry on Rube's vision with the weekly call-in for all of the cruisers here in central Ohio. " I'll see you all out there Cruisin".

      Hi Jim, Thanks for the update on the cruise line. I will post an update on the Save the Dates page and remove the cruise line from any pages.

      Looking forward to touching base with you this season

    Kim, have you heard anything about the der Dutchman show since Luella has passed?

      I have not talked to Wayne since Luella passed. I plan to touch base with him sometime in March. Frank Sanborn spoke with him a few weeks ago. He gave Frank the impression the cruise-in will continue although it will be tough without Luella.

    FYI, the Columbia Center Community Church Car Show listed for Saturday, June 3, 2023 is linking to a post indicating that it was for last years show, Friday, June 3, 2022 from 5pm to 9pm.

      Greg, Thanks for the catch.

      The post somehow came to the top of the Rusty Lugnuts FB page a few weeks back and I just saw June 3. I’ve removed the link from the Save The Dates for 2023 page.
