Central Ohio Car Events for October 12 – 18, 2020

Here are this week's Central Ohio Car events. This will be the last big Saturday of events for this season.

News and Notes:

The Creative Towing/Advanced Auto Parts show in Marysville on Friday evening registered 38 cars and raised $240 for local charities. October award winners were Jimmy Carmean with a 1950 Ford Tudor, Gilbert Meyers with a 1958 Hotrod Short Bus, and Chris Fannin with a 1957 Chevy Pickup.

The Empty Pockets Cruisers hosted their annual Trunk or Treat Car Show at the Hilliard Presbyterian Church on Saturday afternoon. The show registered 154 cars. Jim Cooper reports that the Grace Point Church Car Show in Lewis Center had an excellent turnout for a first-time show. The church registered 102 cars. The church presented Best of Show, Pastor's Choice, and Top 20 awards. Jim says there's plenty of room for the show to grow if the church decides to host it again next year.
