Yesterday's exceptionally mild January weather gave many car enthusiasts a good excuse to bring their classic and show cars out of winter storage for a couple of car events.
Cars and Coffee
Early in the day, about 30 cars showed up for Columbus cars and coffee at Lennox Town Center.
Everyone seemed to really appreciate the break in winter and the opportunity to drive their special car. I meet a bunch of great car enthusiasts. Discussion ranged from performance cars to clear bras and paint protection -- and of course, the mild January weather.
Snow Ball Cruise-in
The afternoon saw 20 cars and trucks register for the annual Mid Ohio Cruisers' Snow Ball Cruise-in at the Marysville Burger King.
Awards went to a '75 El Camino, a '28 Ford Model A, and a '77 GMC Truck.
The Mid Ohio Cruisers will hold their next cruise-in on April 15th. Can't wait!
